The Rolex GMT Master II 16760 also known as the "Fat Lady" or "Sophia Loren", is a transition model released in 1984 and had a short 5-year production run being discontinued in 1989. It brought in some crucial updates from the previous GMT Master such as being able to independently adjust the hour hand, a new sapphire crystal, thicker lugs and case, and thicker crown protectors. this model is amongst the best 16760s we have seen, this example has a 90***** Serial dating to 1986 and is fitted to a period-correct oyster bracelet code 93150 with 501B end links. The reference 16760 predates the more common 16710 and was sold alongside the 16750 and 16700 GMT Master.
